    Allstar Invitational Invite #2

    Congratulations!

    If you are receiving this email, you have a swimmer (or swimmers) who have qualified for the All Star end of season invitational on June 20th – 22nd at Klein High School Natatorium!

    You are NOT automatically entered for this meet. You must go into the meet and declare that you will be attending.

    To declare please read the instructions below and PLEASE declare ASAP IF YOU WILL OR WILL NOT ATTEND. The deadline is this Friday, June 13 @ 6PM but declaring now helps our coaches’ select relays. 

    (Coach will also be putting together relays for Ponderosa which could include your swimmer.) We will contact you think coming weekend if so.

    • Go to the meets page and click on Meet Entry button for All Stars
    • Select Edit and select the drop down for your swimmer and select “Attending This Meet” or “Not Attending this Meet”
    • If attending, Select the events your swimmer is going to swim and is qualified for
    • Let us know in the Notes section if you want to swim Bonus events or any other info we need to know
    • Click save

    Remember to let us know in the Notes section if you want to swim Bonus events (see below for details.)

    If the swimmer has achieved an ALLSTAR time (or better) in at least 3 events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) for his/her age group for which the swimmer has not achieved an ALLSTAR time. See exceptions below.

    • Exception: Cut-Off Times - Under no circumstances can the swimmer enter any event if he/she has reached the cut-off time or has a No Time (NT) or Time Trial (TT).
    • Exception: 100 Free - The 100 Free is exempt from the (3) event rule. Swimmers must achieve the 100 Free time standard in order to enter that event.
    • Exception: 100 IM - The 100 IM is exempt from the (3) event rule. Swimmers must achieve the 100 IM time standard in order to enter that event.
    • Exception: 10 & Under 50 Free – The 10 & under 50 Free is exempt from the (3) event rule. Swimmers must achieve the 50 free time standard in order to enter that event.
