Divisional Information & More
Good afternoon
We finished the dual meet season with strong swimming!
Now it’s time to start focusing on Divisionals!!!
It is very important that you log into the website and indicate is you will NOT be attending the meet or if you have specific requests for events.
We also need qualifying swimmers to declare their intentions for All-Stars and Ponderosa. If you have not yet qualified, you can still drop time this weekend at Divisionals.
This Tuesday is our last Tasty Tuesdays at Willie’s Ice House- Jersey Village. This applies All Day!! So enjoy lunch or dinner while you support the team.
We will also have our last Pep Rally this Friday at 6:45. This will be our Car Parade so decorate your vehicle so you can show off you WWS spirit!!! We will have car markers available if you would like to come early to decorate your cars. A sweet treat will be served.
Our Divisional Swim Meet will be at Gleannloch Farms! Check in will be at 6:30!
Parking is a little different for this meet since there will be 5 teams. There will be a drop off area for you to unload cars. You will then be guided down the street to a larger parking lot and shuttled back to the pool area. They are asking that only drivers use the shuttle, so you would live your swimmer and family members at the pool.
Our set up area will be under the basketball pavilion. Areas will be marked off for swimmers. There is not enough room for family set up under this area. There is plenty of room around the pavilion for family tents. We are by the baseball fields. We are not permitted to be on the fields. please do not bring balls to play with or sidewalk chalk.
This meet will be longer than others and we are expected to have record heat! Please plan accidently. It is important that everyone stay hydrated! There will be a concession stand and some food truck options for food.
Next Tuesday, we will have our end of the season awards party. Please RSVP on the link so that we know you are coming. Please indicate the number of family members attending to help us in ordering the correct amount of food. The party will begin at 5:00. Food will be served at 6:00 with awards to follow at 6:45.
